STELZER Rührtechnik is the right contact when new methods for biogas systems and renewable energy production matter. We do not just use standard solutions but consequently apply individual adaptations and further developments that put our agitators ahead of competing products.

We have extensive process and agitator knowledge, for example in second-generation bioethanol production or modern fatty acid ester processes for biodiesel. We design and produce highly efficient axial and counter-current flow impellers with optimised low shear rates according to individual specifications. The agitators ensure very gently product treatment and are available as top or side-entry agitators. Agitators may be implemented with free overhung shafts without bottom bearing, which avoids maintenance in the tank. Side-entry agitators have reliable drive and sealing systems and can on request be equipped with fast change device to replace seals on a full tank.

Agitation processes require individual adaptations

STELZER Rührtechnik relies on verification, prevention and further development through computer simulations and tests in the in-house laboratory to ensure optimal results. Individual solutions in close cooperation with our customers are safely based on detailed analyses (also in the field of rheology). System solutions often allow the replacement of old methods by more economical methods.

Product wetted parts for agitator shafts or agitator systems used in power generation are always made of stainless steel.
